This page describes the key UI components and built-in features of the Refrigerant Registration module.

## Home Tab

The Refrigerant Registration app is accessible from the App Launcher and provides a dedicated navigation bar with direct access to all key entities: **Containers**, **Transactions**, **Transfer Refrigerant**, **Refrigerants**, **Refrigerant Settings**, as well as **Accounts**, **Installed Products**, **Reports** and **Dashboards**.

The built-in **Dashboard** is available directly from the navigation bar to give back-office staff and administrators a real-time visual overview of the most essential refrigerant metrics — stock levels, purchases, rented containers, leakage incidents, and failed transactions.

## Dashboard

The module ships with a set of **out-of-the-box reports and a pre-built dashboard** available to admin users. These cover the most important operational and compliance metrics without any additional configuration.

The **Refrigerant Registration** dashboard includes the following widgets:

- **Current Refrigerant Stock** — bar chart of stock levels grouped by refrigerant type and name
- **Refrigerant Purchases** — bar chart of purchase volumes by refrigerant
- **Active Rented Containers** — shows rented containers grouped by resource and refrigerant code
- **Failed Transactions** — lists transactions that failed processing, including the error message, for quick diagnostics
- **Empty Cylinders** — bar chart of empty containers grouped by refrigerant
- **Recent Items** — quick access list of recently viewed containers

## Transfer Refrigerant

A custom tab that provides a dedicated interface for creating refrigerant transactions without navigating through work orders. The component supports the following transaction types:

- **Transfer** — move refrigerant from a source container to a target container
- **Introduction** — register incoming refrigerant into a container
- **Leakage** — record a leakage event on a container

The form fields are:

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Transaction Type | Selects the type of movement (Transfer, Introduction, Leakage) |
| Refrigerant (filter) | Optional filter to narrow down container search by refrigerant |
| Type (filter) | Optional filter by container type (Cylinder / Installation) — available for both source and target |
| Source Container | The container refrigerant is taken from (required) |
| Target Container | The container refrigerant is added to (required for Transfer) |
| Amount | Quantity in KG (required) |
| Notes | Optional free-text annotation |

A **Recent Transactions** table below the form shows the latest transactions with their status, action type, source/target containers, and created-by user.

## Swift Mobile Components

### Containers List

Shows all containers accessible to the technician, with columns for Container Name, Serial Number, Capacity, Current Amount, and Refrigerant. Each row has quick action buttons:

- **Transfer** — opens a transfer transaction for this container
- **Return** — available for rented containers to register a return

A **My containers only** toggle filters the list to containers assigned to the logged-in technician. A search bar allows lookup by name or code.

### Rent a Container

A form accessible from the Containers list via the **Rent a Container** button. Allows a technician to register a new rented cylinder directly from the field. Required fields:

- **Refrigerant** — select from the active refrigerant list
- **Container Name**
- **Serial Number**
- **Capacity** (KG)
- **Current Amount** (KG)
