## Objects

| Object | API Name | Description |

| Refrigerant (Koudemiddel) | Refrigerant__c | Master catalog of refrigerant substances. Contains GWP, CO₂ equivalent factor, type, flammability and active status. |
| Container | Container__c | Represents a physical cylinder or installation holding refrigerant. Tracks capacity, current balance, ownership and lifecycle status. |
| Transaction (Mutatie) | Transaction__c | Records every refrigerant movement. Linked to source/target container, work order and technician. |
| Logbook Entry | Logbook_Entry__c | Immutable audit record generated per completed transaction. |

### Container (Container__c)

| Capacity | Capacity__c | Maximum fill in KG |
| Current Amount | Current_Amount__c | Current refrigerant level in KG — auto-calculated, read-only |
| Refrigerant | Refrigerant__c | Lookup to Refrigerant master record |
| Resource | Resource__c | Technician assigned to this container |
| Installed Product | Installed_Product__c | Lookup to the FieldBuddy Installed Product record — links the container to a specific installation at a customer site |
| Location | Location__c | Formula field — displays the location name derived from the linked Installed Product. Read-only. |

| Notes | Notes__c | Free-text field for manual annotations on the transaction (max 255 characters) |
| Error Message | Error_Message__c | Populated automatically when a transaction fails processing — contains the full error detail for diagnostics. Read-only in normal use. |

### Refrigerant (Refrigerant__c)

| Description | Description__c | Optional text description of the refrigerant substance — populated automatically during bulk import |

## Global Value Set

**Refrigerants** — shared picklist of all refrigerant substance names used on Logbook Entries. Maintained centrally so changes propagate everywhere. The default set can be imported via the Settings page.
