Assign the correct permission set to each user based on their role:

| Permission Set | Who gets it |
| --- | --- |
| Refrigerant Registration Admin | System administrators — full access including Settings page |
| Refrigerant Registration Backoffice | Back-office staff — manage containers and transactions |
| Refrigerant Registration Mobile | Field technicians using FieldBuddy Swift |

To assign: **Setup → Permission Sets → select the set → Manage Assignments → Add Assignments**
