In this example FlexConnect will be importing Documents under Accounts from Exact Online into the standard ContentDocument and related to Accounts object in Salesforce.

> ℹ️ Make sure to have test data available in Exact Online.

> ⚠️ Each Document fetched from Exact Online will consume 1 API call, so keep it in mind for initial sync of existing documents!

> ❌ If you start an import, make sure to have enough data space in your organisation. Import of all accounts might bring dozens of thousands of records and use all data storage if run in sandbox

### Steps

1. **Create the Object Mapping**
  1. Navigate to EOL Service Provider (Provider Type = EOL) and click on Create Mapping
    
  2. Create the Object Mapping as shown below.
    Click Create.
  4. After Object Mapping is created, please make sure to specify Batch Size to be 10 to reduce risks of hitting platform limits!
2. Create Field Mappings
  1. Click on Edit Field Mappings to add the required field mappings.
    
  2. Click on Add Field Mapping and specify mappings as shown below.
    1. FirstPublishLocationId as Internal Custom.
    2. Account as External. This is the entity name to whom the document is attached.
    3. VersionData as Internal Custom.
    4. Attachments as External.
      
      
  3. Click Save and close the popup.
  4. Make sure to update the **Account => FirstPublishLocationId **field mapping record's** **External Id references as shown below.
    

You are done and ready to test the Inbound Data Sync.
