FlexConnect provides automated archival of Audit Trail records.

**Where to find?**

Navigate to FlexConnect → Configuration Manager.

Job can be setup under tab named **Schedule Audit Trails Removal**.

**How to setup it up?**

1. Define the job parameters.
  1. Delete Audit Trails above the age (in Days).
  2. Delete Audit Trails with specific statuses (multiple selection allowed).
  3. Delete Audit Trails of specific Mapping Type (Inbound/Outbound or Both).
2. Click **Update Settings.**
3. Click **Schedule Job.**
