Hey FieldBuddy Planners! We’ve prepared another new release with lots of new features and bug-fixes. The new **1.147.33** package, which includes the new View Shift feature, filters in the **Work Order** table and more, is scheduled for release to sandboxes on Friday, 17th of October at 18:00, and to **production environments on Tuesday, 21st of October at 18:00**.

## **🗓 Improvements**

### **View a single shift**

This feature is **enterprise only**.

Show a detailed view of a single shift of a resource. It shows a focused view with the appointments, route, travel details and any conflicts or issues the shift might have.

To open this new view, press right-click on a schedule of a resource and select the new “View a single shift“ action.

The new feature comes with a small set of tools that will help align the appointments with travel time in mind and immediately see any changes made on the map or conflicts emerging in the schedule. Clicking on these conflicts will also highlight all relevant appointments in the timeline.

The feature comes with its own set of settings, accessible from the settings menu in the top right corner.

Try out this new tool and let us know if you have any feedback or features you would like to see in this new focused view.

### **Work Order table filters**

The work order listings and the work order global search tables have both received upgrades with individual filtering on columns. Each table column now has it’s own filter! The toolbar now also sports a new look, a new “Clear Filters” button and a new checkbox that will apply filters also to the work orders displayed on the map.

To show and hide the new filter bar, right click on any column in the table and select “Show filter bar“.

### **Date and time format settings**

We’ve added new settings to the user-settings menu. Under the category “Display“, you can find two new drop-downs: **Date format** and **Time format**. These will affect how all dates and times get displayed in the Dispatch Panel.

## **🛠 Fixes**

- Fixed tooltips for users displayed on the map that shared the same profile image
- Changed the default appointment duration to respect the settings from the Configuration Panel
- Improved conditionally disabling right-click menu items when appropriate
- Fixed a crash when the Map API key was invalid
- Map size is now remembered when relaunching dispatch panel
- Totals in the work order table were sometimes did not update until a filter was changed
- Improved the defaults for several settings
- Fixed non-working hours sometimes disappearing when changing the displayed date
- Fixed the right-click menu not opening after launch until an appointment was clicked
