Execute the following steps:

> ⚠️ Deleting Audit Trails is at your own risk. This can **not** be undone due to potential high volumes.

1. Go to FlexConnect application
2. Go to the Configuration Manager-tab
3. Go to the ‘Remove Audit Trails’-tab in the Configuration Manager. On this page you can delete Audit Trails in bulk.
4. Best practice in order to save storage is to initially clean up all the Audit Trails with status ‘Success’. Since this often not relevant information.
  1. Select a date range that you want to delete. Most common: a very early start-date, like the year 2020 and an end-date that is one months ago.
  2. Select only the ‘Success’ status
  3. Select all mappings
5. Before you click ‘Remove Audit Trails’, go to Setup in a new browser-tab and go to the ‘storage usage’ page. Look-up the object ‘Audit Trails’ and how many records it has. Once FlexConnect starts deleting, you can refresh this page in order to see numbers going down.
6. Click ‘Remove Audit Trails’.
