In DPV2 it is possible to configure custom Dispatch Panel menu elements. These can be configured for several locations:

- Right clicking on a Resource
- Right clicking on one or more Appointments
- Right clicking on one or more Work Orders
- Right clicking on the plan panel
- Top menu when hover over an Appointment

These custom menus can be configured by creating a few records in the Service Center:

- Mobile Page (**FIELDBUDDY__Mobile_Page__c**)
- Fieldset (**FIELDBUDDY__Fieldset__c**)
- Field (**FIELDBUDDY__Field__c**).

Mobile page (**FIELDBUDDY__Mobile_Page__c**) with the name `Dispatch Panel Menus` behaves as a common parent for all dispatch panel menu and hover elements.

A Fieldset (**FIELDBUDDY__Fieldset__c**) is used to combine all menu elements (one record for one place per menu). Fieldsets should have a lookup linked to previously created Mobile Page
Names of the field sets are following (name should be self explanatory -- one or more records right click respectively)

- Resource Assignment Right Click
- Resource Assignments Right Click
- Resource Right Click
- Scheduler Right Click
- Work Order Right Click
- Work Orders Right Click
- Resource Assignment Hover Actions

Each menu element is a Field record (**FIELDBUDDY__Field__c**), that is linked to an appropriate fieldset.

- **Name** of the Field record, it will be used as the label for the menu item
- **Field API Name **should be Id
- **Type** should be Link
- **Base** Object should be FIELDBUDDY__Resource_Assignment__c
- **Show Label **and **Visible** should be checked
- **Order** describes order of menu item
- Most important field is **Formula**. The formula format is in JSON, there are two types of formulas with some common properties:
  - Common properties for both types are:
    - `iconName` - *optional*, name of the Font Awesome icon ([https://fontawesome.com/icons](https://fontawesome.com/icons))
  - **Link** - These can be defined either as just a string with the link (beginning with `https://`, or just `/`) or as a JSON object with the properties:
    - `type` - must be `"Link"`
    - `url` - link to be opened
  - **Flow** - These open a new modal window with the specified flow inside of Dispatch Panel and use the entered parameters
    - `type` - must be `"Flow"`
    - `flowName` - an API name of a flow
    - `params` - an array of elements to be passed to the flow, the name is the flow variable name

You can use values coming from the dispatch panel as values in your menus. They can be used either for the `url` property for Link actions, or in the individual `params` `value` fields.
The values are either special predefined values as:

- `{!resourceId}` - for resource actions, gets replaced by the selected resource’s ID
- `{!datetime}` - when right-clicking the plan panel, passes the clicked datetime ISO string
- `{!workOrderId}` - when right-clicking a single work order, gets replaced by its ID
- `{!workOrderIds}` - when right-clicking multiple work orders, gets replaced by a comma-separated list of their IDs (eg. `"000000000000000001", "000000000000000002", "000000000000000003"`)
- `{!resourceAssignmentId}` - when right-clicking a single appointment, gets replaced by its ID
- `{!resourceAssignmentIds}` - when right-clicking multiple appointments, gets replaced by a comma-separated list of their IDs (eg. `"000000000000000001", "000000000000000002", "000000000000000003"`)

Or the values can be a path to the field on the record (eg. `{!Id}`)
