Installed Products tab allows you to view and manage **non-hierarchical (default) **or **hierarchical** installed products of a work order.

Hierarchical installed products are defined as installed products that have a parent installed product. This simple fact allows them to be displayed in an hierarchical manner.

In order to view and manage <u>hierarchical</u> installed products,

- Your organization will need to provide a FieldBuddy Enterprise license to you.
- You will need at least FieldBuddy Swift version `3.500.3.x`
- Admin(s) of your organization need to have configured the installed product hierarchy feature correctly.

Below, you see the difference in user interface regarding the display of non-hierarchical (default) vs. hierarchical installed products.

Main differences in terms of UI and features are as follows:

### Hierarchical Relations between Installed Products

In setups where hierarchical installed products are used, hierarchical view also displays installed products that are **hierarchically related** to that installed product.

This means that a displayed installed product may be indirectly or directly linked to a work order.

In other words, if an installed product is “directly linked” to a work order, it means that it is NOT linked via the hierarchical relationships between installed products (i.e. “indirectly linked”).
