### What is Quickly Plan a Work Order?

Quickly Plan a work order is a FieldBuddy enterprise feature that allows you to right-click an empty spot in the scheduler and pick the best suitable work order to place in this spot. It takes work order duration, travel time and skills into account.

### For who is Quickly Plan a Work Order?

Quickly Plan a Work Order is most suitable for planners that are in need to find the best possible work order to close the gaps in planning if they are available

### What are its features?

It allows planner to select a set of work orders from a listing and a timespot in schedule of a certain mechanic and check which work orders suits it best considering skills and extra travel time.

The popup can be opened via context menu on empty spot on Scheduler or from selections of few work orders in [https://upperdeck.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FBDOCS/pages/6066700302](https://upperdeck.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FBDOCS/pages/6066700302) 

On the first screen of popup it is possible to change the time, resource, initial sorting as well as selection of work orders

On the second screen, the list of previously selected work orders will be shown with respective extra travel time. In case if work orders does not fit - it will be mentioned on the screen, as well as required extra travel time.

In case if the filled time interval starts or ends for working hours then respective resource’s location will be taken into account.

It is still possible to pick a work order and plan it with “overtime” - a warning will be shown.
