Configuration options for administrators can be found here. ## Closing a Work Order x ### Usage - Includes validation rules to ensure data integrity. - Example 1: Prevent closure of work orders without required sublocations. - Example 2: xx - Perform closure actions with validations to ensure all criteria are met. ## Work Order Details sync x ### Usage - When a user scrolls down ## Empty State Handling - **Message**: - "No additional details available for this work order." - Prompts users to add missing data or navigate back to the **WorkOrders** screen. --- #### **Configuration** - **Header Configuration**: - **Dynamic Fields**: Status, start time, and end time are dynamically bound for real-time updates. - **Data Sections**: - **General Information**: - Customer details (name, contact info, address). - Work order type and status. - **Linked Items**: - Displays related service requests, installed products, and sublocations. - **Activity Logs**: - Historical changes and status updates are displayed for transparency. #### **Customizations** - **Dynamic Field Bindings**: - Fields are dynamically updated based on the current state of the work order. - Example: `FIELDBUDDY__Status__c`, `FIELDBUDDY__Type__c`, `T_Start_Time__c`. - **Validations**: - Example: Prevent closure without sublocation data using validation formulae. - Alerts for missing data like attachments or incomplete fields.
