FlexConnect operates with [Service Providers](https://upperdeck.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FBDOCS/pages/2078310877/Object%3A+Service+Provider) as the settings where to connect, and uses Service Users to store authentication data in encrypted format. Therefore first steps in configuring an integration will be creation of Service Provider and Authentication. Given steps have different details per different services, but mostly require following steps

1. Create new Service Provider. Ensure to select the Provider Type, Protocol and Market
2. Authentication Setup (button on Service Provider itself that will show a popup to authorise to the service)

Object Mappings allow to configure corresponding relationship between different objects in Salesforce and remote system. FlexConnect allows to synchronise data with External Systems in both directions.
