## 🛠️   How to add custom buttons to Send Invitation from Dispatch Panel

That can be extended as custom menu items(records of `FIELDBUDDY__Field__c`) for `Resource Assignment Right Click` fieldset (`FIELDBUDDY__Fieldset__c` record) for `Dispatch Panel Menus` Mobile Pages

> ℹ️ If that fields set or mobile page do no exists - they should be created!

Following formula should be used

![image-20240716-075305.png](media://986f8235-8b30-4a5d-907c-1c14601e00d0)

```
{
    "type": "Component",
    "appName": "FIELDBUDDY:DispatchPanelLightningOutApp",
    "componentName": "FIELDBUDDY:CreateInvitations",
    "params": [
        {
            "name": "recordId",
            "type": "String",
            "value": "{!Id}"
        }
    ]
}
```

It is also possible to send an invitations via one button click for multiple appointments, in that case it is necessary to add a new field under FIeldset `Resource Assignments Right Click` with following code

```
{
  "type": "Component",
  "appName": "FIELDBUDDY:DispatchPanelLightningOutApp",
  "componentName": "FIELDBUDDY:CreateInvitations",
  "params": [
    {
      "name": "recordIds",
      "type": "String",
      "value": ["{!resourceAssignmentIds}"]
    }
  ]
}
```

## 🛠️   How to add an Email Template

In case of Default value for invitation, confirmation and rejection email templates, email templates with following API field names will be used:

- `Default_Invitation_Email_Template_NL`
- `Default_Invitation_Confirmed_Email_Template_NL`
- `Default_Invitation_Rejected_Email_Template_NL`

If more email templates are needed – It is possible to create multiple email templates for Invitation, which could be used when invitation is being sent or accepted/rejected. Those are picklist values fields on Invitation object, and they can be set before creation via custom automations if needed. Default Sent an Invitation component from Dispatch Panel allows to pick Email Template as well.

![image-20240528-130511.png](media://a01d4238-5424-4b9e-a782-4d852ae4e0ce)

Email Templates should be linked to the Invitation (FIELDBUDDY__Invitation__c) object, and might use standard or custom fields from it (There are lookups to Work Order, that could be beneficial in some cases)

![image-20240528-130628.png](media://12cda7ce-bfb9-4377-b663-95f440e72373)

In order to add an additional Email template to the pop-up, follow these steps:

1. Go to SETUP
2. Go to picklist value set “Invitation Email Template”

3. Add a picklist value, but ensure to match the developer name of the Email Template

## 🛠️   How to Setup it

1. Go to Setup
2. Create a new Site (in Sites & Domains), see:
3. Give the FIELDBUDDY.InviteReact permission to the page
4. Update Invitation Module Site Guest User and set correct language and timezone
You can find the user by going to Setup → Sites → Pick created site ->Public Access Settings, click on View Users, click a guest site user
5. Go the Configuration Panel > Setup Invitations > Site & Page > Specify Site URL in the Configuration Panel based on the site.
6. Make sure that public guest site user has an access to all the fields that are shown in invitation (so Invitation, Options, Work Order, Contact etc). It makes sense to create a permissionset with the access to the given fields and assign it to guest site user! (this is the enforcement from [force.com](http://force.com) platform)

> ⚠️ Don’t forget to assign a FieldBuddy license to the Guest Site User. This might not be possible via the Installed packages layout, but can be done on the user itself.
> ⚠️ You can find the user by going to Setup → Sites → Pick created site ->Public Access Settings, click on View Users, click a guest site user

> ℹ️ If you use an org-wide email address, please ensure that the Guest Site user has access to the email address.

## :note:  Important Implementation Details

It is necessary to ensure that in case if Invitations are created via custom logic (Flows or apex) - that they have an Invitation Options present.

Since they are used to update Scheduled Period Interval Start and End date times on Resource Assignment. Alternatively, make sure that those fields are populated during the implementation of Schedule an Appointment module
