## What is it?

It is a web application accessed via the browser and is publicly accessible. These customer portals can be used for:

- Your customers
- Your partners
- Your contracters
- Any external party

Multiple portals can be configured.

## FieldBuddy Template

We offer a template that can be customized in any way you would like.


## Features

Through the portal your external users can:

- Read, Update, Create data (for example: Work Orders)
- Create tickets (Service Requests) including forms, checklists
- Chat on records with the BackOffice
