> ℹ️ This document is only about interacting with Invitations from the Dispatch Panel. For the Admin module, see [https://upperdeck.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FBDOCS/pages/5378048001](https://upperdeck.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FBDOCS/pages/5378048001).

Dispatch Panel supports sending invitations to customers for scheduled appointments. An invitation notifies the customer of an upcoming visit and allows their response to be tracked alongside the appointment.

## Invitation Status

Each appointment that has an invitation displays its current status:

- **Draft** - the invitation has been prepared but not yet sent.
- **Sent** - the invitation has been sent to the customer.
- **Accepted** - the customer has confirmed the appointment.
- **Rejected** - the customer has declined the appointment.
- **Cancelled** - the invitation has been withdrawn.

The status can be viewed on the appointment details and as an icon on the appointment.

## Invitation Status Theme

Planners may choose to see invitations statuses at a glance and change the current theme so that all appointments on the schedule are highlighted according to their status.

## Keeping Appointments and Invitations in Sync

If an appointment that already has an invitation is rescheduled, Dispatch Panel will ask for confirmation before proceeding. This ensures that the customer's invitation is not left referring to an outdated time, and gives the planner the choice to update the invitation to reflect the new schedule, or to leave it unchanged.
