In case our FieldBuddy support team asks a user to clear its storage, follow the instructions.

> ⚠️ Executing these instructions without the notification from the support team can lead to data loss.

## \uD83D\uDCD8 Instructions iOS

Follow these instructions:

1. Go to the Settings of iOS
2. Search for Storage (this can take a while to load this page)
3. Click on the Search icon and search for the application FieldBuddy
4. Click on the Offload App button
5. Launch FieldBuddy Swift

> ℹ️ In case that this did not resolve your problem. Try re-installing the application.

Follow these instructions:

1. Go the application on your home screen and long-press the FieldBuddy-icon until a pop-up appears 'App Info'. Click on the App info
2. Click on ‘Storage and Cache’
3. Click on ‘Clear Storage’ and “clear Cache”
4. After that you might need to re-login
