There are several scenario’s in which a user would like to make a back-up of the local stored data:

1. In case our FieldBuddy Support team asks a user to create a back-up of your data
2. When a user encounters weird behaviour in the mobile application
3. When you want to create a support case for our FieldBuddy Support team

> ℹ️ This back-up option is available for all users and can optionally be disabled per customer

## \uD83D\uDCD8 Instructions

How to create a back-up via the settings menu:

1. Make sure you are logged in and a <u>stable</u> internet connection
2. Click on the hamburger menu in the top left on the Work Order dashboard
3. Go to Settings in the menu
4. Click on the ‘Backup your data’ button
  1. A pop-up will be shown if you are sure? Click OK
