In the scenario that the FieldBuddy Support team requires access to your environment(org). They will request you to grant access. This requires just a few steps and this does not include the sharing of the password to your account.

## \uD83D\uDCD8 Instructions

Follow these steps to grant the FieldBuddy Support team access:

1. Make sure you are logged in via the browser in the FieldBuddy Service Center
2. Click on your user in the top-right position, which should open up a menu
3. Click on settings
4. Go to ‘Grant Account Login Access’ in the left menu
  
5. Search for ‘FieldBuddy BV Support’ in the table and click on the pull-down menu.
6. Depending on the issue, select at least a week or a month of access.
7. Click Save

> ℹ️ This request is often meant for the user that has a System Administrator profile.
