All applications have limitations. This page explains all known limits of the FieldBuddy Dispatch Panel V2. It is the responsibility of the customer to stay within the limitations of the application. 

These limitations are hard limitations, if exceeded the FieldBuddy Dispatch Panel will not operate. Soft limitations cost performance or better hardware and are not listed on this page. Read this guide on [hardware requirements](https://upperdeck.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FBDOCS/pages/5183340667).

# Application limitations

For each application there the [platform limitations](https://upperdeck.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FBDOCS/pages/6212845582) are applicable. On top of the platform limitations there are application limitations. These are listed below:

## Limit on the amount of Work Orders in a single Listing

Amount of work orders displayed in a single [listing](https://upperdeck.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FBDOCS/pages/6004375557):

- Hard limit = 3000
- Soft limit = 500

## Limit on the amount of Resource Assignments

Amount of resource assignments(appointments) displayed in the Dispatch Panel:

- Maximum of 10000 resource assignments can be shown in the chosen time span
- Only a total of 16 weeks of resource assignments are kept in-memory at once

## Limit on the amount of Resources

Amount of resources displayed in the Dispatch Panel:

- Maximum of 2000 resources
