A user that launches the FieldBuddy Dispatch Panel V2 requires the following permissions for it to work. These permission can be obtained via [profile](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.admin_userprofiles.htm&type=5) or [permission set](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.perm_sets_overview.htm&type=5). 

By default, the following profiles have access to the FieldBuddy Dispatch Panel:

- FieldBuddy Back-office
- FieldBuddy Admin
- System Administrator

> ℹ️ A partner might adjusted the profiles and the access.
