## What is the FieldBuddy Service Center?

It is a web-application that will allow back-office employees (planners, managers and administrators) to access the customers data, installed equipment information, overview the work done by mechanics and manage all the activities within the company

FieldBuddy Service Center is for a following roles

- Backoffice employees (include planners)
- (Service) Managers
- C-level managers
- Administrators

## What is the FieldBuddy Service Center technically?

The FieldBuddy Service Center are multiple [lightning apps](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.apps_overview_lightning.htm&type=5). A lightning app consists out of multiple tabs that give users by access to data and pages.

The FieldBuddy Service Center app gives you by default access to:
