On this page, you’ll learn how you can create a Work Order Item in FieldBuddy Mobile. This can vary from activities, parts and other expenses.

> ℹ️ Work Order Items will be abbreviated to WOI.

1. Navigate to Work Order Items WOI.
2. Click ‘**new’.**
3. Fill in all the fields.
  1. Give your Work Order Item a (distinctive) name.
  2. Fill in an item code, if applicable.
  3. For which Work Order Type should this Work Order Item be available.
  4. Choose what type of Work Order Item it is: activity, part, other expenses.
  5. Define if a unit from the WOI is in hours, kg, pieces (pc). This varies depending on what type of WOI it is. An activity will most likely be in hours,  where a part might be a piece.
  6. Define the default quantity of the WOI.
  7. Set the WOI to active, otherwise it can’t be selected.
  8. This is a percentage field where you can fill in the Tax Rate for the WOI.
  9. Unit Price including taxes.
  10. This determines how the FieldBuddy Mobile app will display the field.
    
  11. Here you can cancel your changes without creating the record, save the record or save the record and immediately start creating a new one.
