On this page, you’ll learn everything that there is to know about Work Orders in FIeldBuddy Mobile.

# Work Order Tabs

## Time Registration

In the Time Registration tab you can see what time has been spent on each step of the process, the standard values are: Open, on the go, arrived, in progress, closed.

## Items

On this tab you can add different types of items such as activities, parts and other expanses. This can be useful if there are unforeseen costs or parts needed to complete the Work Order. 


### Activities

An activity is an action a Resource Unit has to complete. This can vary from completing checklists, turning on the power supply etc.

### Parts

Parts are usually physical components needed to solve the Work Order. This can vary from a transmission for a car, but also using oil to refill the oil pipe.

### Other Expenses 

Other Expenses can be used for declaring the costs of the parking fee or for example labor costs.

## Attachments

Here you can make a picture and add it to the Work Order, or you can upload an existing photo from your camera roll.

# Closing a Work Order in FieldBuddy Mobile

1. Work Order Name
2. Status of the Work Order: default values: Solved, Follow Up, Customer not at home
3. Here you can fill in the email of the customer, this email will be used for step 4 if applicable
4. Check this checkbox if you want the Work Order PDF to be automatically send to the customer (email from step 3)
5. Here you can describe any remarks about the Work Order.
6. Press :check_mark: to save the information
  
7. If you checked the checkbox in step 4 this PDF will automatically be sent to the customer's email.

8. On the confirmation screen, a client can sign off on the Work Order by drawing his/her signature (1). Name of the client/contact person who signs with his/her signature (2). The client/contact person can give a rating for the service from the Resource Unit (3). Use clear to empty all values on the confirmation screen (4).
