On this page, you’ll find detailed instructions on how to configure the following fields to your needs on the Work Order objects: Status, Type, Closure status and Priority.

In order to perform those operations, you will need to have System Administrator permissions


1. Use the gear icon (⚙)to access the setup menu.
2. In the setup menu navigate to** “Object Manager”**. And search for “**Work Order” **(API Name** **`FIELDBUDDY__Work_Order__c)`.
3. On the left side of the screen, select “**Fields & relationships”** and search for one of the 4 fields mentioned in the introduction.
