A Resource unit is a field service engineer, installer, technician or mechanic and is assigned to a Work Order. A Resource Unit can be assigned to only 1 Resource Unit Group, but a Resource Unit Group can have multiple assigned Resource Units. Every Resource Unit has a Default Resource unit assigned. A Resource Unit Group is a way to filter Resource Units in the [Dispatch Panel](https://upperdeck.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FBDOCS/pages/4906778652), for example: based on region, country, zip code and so on.
