## Introduction:

Showcase your company’s brand with a customer-specific subdomain name in your Salesforce org URLs. With My Domain, you can include your company name in your URLs, for example, [https://mycompany.my.salesforce.com](https://mycompany.my.salesforce.com). With these org-specific URLs, you can set up a custom login page, set a custom login policy, offer single sign-on, and allow users to log in with a social account. My Domain also allows you to work in multiple Salesforce orgs in the same browser at the same time.

> ℹ️ The user has logged in to Salesforce and has system administrator rights. For more information about logging in, click [here](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.basics_intro_logging_in.htm&type=5).


1. Use the gear icon (:Cog_settings:) to access the setup menu.
2. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter ‘domain’, and then select** “my domain”**.
  
3. In the **“my domain details”** section, click ‘**edit’**.
  
4. Fill in the desired domain name and check the availability.
  After checking the availability of your domain name you know if you can use it yes or no.
  
5. If your desired domain name is still available, you can save your changes by pressing **‘save’**.

> ✅ From now on, your users can navigate to your own domain name to access FieldBuddy for example: [https://mycompany.my.salesforce.com](https://mycompany.my.salesforce.com)
