## Introduction

On this page, you’ll find detailed instructions to record your own company data in your Salesforce environment and to add your logo to a new or exiting app. For example: company name, addresses, currency etc.

### Company information

1. Use the gear icon (⚙)to access the setup menu.
2. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter **‘comp’** and then select **“company information”**.
  
3. Click on **‘edit’**.
  Fill all relevant information and press **'save'** at the bottom of the page.

### Theme & Branding

If you want to use your company logo in FieldBuddy or change the theme and branding, please follow the steps below.

How to add your logo to an existing app?

1. Use the gear icon (⚙)to access the setup menu.
2. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter **‘app’** and then select **“App Manager”**.
3. Search for the existing app in the app manager menu.
  Press the downwards arrow and click **‘edit'**.
4. On the next screen, you can add your own company logo to the existing app. Press **‘insert an image’** and navigate to the location of your logo.
  When you have configured all parameters, press ‘**save’** at the bottom of the screen.

> ✅ You’ve successfully added your logo to an existing app.


#### How to create your own theme?

> ℹ️ Best uses for image size:
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ Branding → “Brand image” → 400*120 pixels.  
> ℹ️ Images → “Page background image” → 1800*360 pixels.

1. Use the gear icon (⚙)to access the setup menu.
2. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter **‘theme’** and then select **“theme & branding”**.
  Click **“New Theme”.**
3. On this page, you can upload your own company branding and theme.
  Give your new theme a name and fill in all desired fields. Under ‘branding’ → “brand image” click the Salesforce icon to open a window for inserting your own logo.
  Drag and resize to adjust the thumbnail is necessary.
  
4. Your screen should look similar to the screenshot below. Checkmark “use brand image on Lightning Experience loading page” if this is wanted, otherwise leave it unchecked.
  If you’re satisfied, press **‘save’.** On the next screen, you can either preview the changes that you’ve made or activate your changes immediately.


> ℹ️ You can also add an image as a “page background image”, I would not recommend using this feature because the desired sizing of the image is not good for the quality of the image.
