Operations below should be performed only if FieldBuddy Support instructed you to do it. Actions below will lead to non-synced data lose.

### Prerequisites

A Security Code. That one should be delivered in a separate way.

### Guide

1. Swipe to the right to open right panel
2. Tap and hold on a user name block (Blurred inside red window). If this is not visible directly, first go to “Settings”
  
3. Then a popup for a pin code will appear. Type a **Security Code** there. It is 4 digits. If you are not sure what the code is, please contact FieldBuddy Support.
4. Then service menu will be opened
5. Click on on developer mode. That will show more actions
6. click on Hard Logout
