Planning Dashboard Resource Resource Unit  A Resource Unit can display an image, for a better overview of your Resource Units. You can add an image to a Resource Unit by following the guide below: Resource Unit Assignment A Resource Unit Assignment (RUA) can be deleted in the Salesforce Service Center. When a User does this, deleting a RUA, then the RUA will also be visibly deleted in the Dispatch Panel because you see it fading away out of the Planning Dashboard. Timeslots RUA Edit Screen. General Info Name. Work Order. Resource Unit. Status. Pick Start Date. Pick End Date. Comments Back Office. RUA Clone RUA Delete RUA Cut RUA Paste Work Order Edit Sreen The Work Order Edit Screen can be complete configured to the needs of the End User. The Mobile Page within the Salesforce Service Center that corresponds with the Work Order Edit Screen is 'Work Order Edit'. Under this Mobile Page you have Fieldsets and Fields that can be complete organised as the End User wants. For example: General (Fieldset 1). Name (Field 1 under Fieldset 1). Priority (Field 2 under Fieldset 1). Comments (Fieldset 2). Back Office 2 (Field 1 under Fieldset 2). Tech Comments (Field 2 under Fieldset 2). Within the Dispatch Panel you can also display the Fields within the Work Order Edit Screen in other languages. This can be done by making labels in the Salesforce Service Center for the specific language you want to display. So when the user sets its User Language at the User Settings within the Salesforce Service Center to Dutch and the labels are also made in the Dutch language, then the Dispatch Panel will display the Fields of the Work Order Edit Screen in that Dutch. Go to Work Order View on Map Extra Fields - right click on Resource Unit or Resource Unit Assignment (e.g. Dummy page / Google Link / Go to Resource Unit / Go to Resource Unit Assignment).
