For the Outbound of a KnPerson or KnOrganisation there are two additional fields required in the field mapping, which is:

- MatchPer (For Person) or MatchOga (For Organisation)
- AutoNum

**MatchId**

The MatchPer/MatchOga field has a few standard values. The most Commonly used are:

- "1": To Match External Id to BcCo Field.
- "7": Match with nothing. This is for an INSERT.

**AutoNum**

The AutoNum Checkboxfield is mandatory for an INSERT of Organisations/Persons. When AutoNum is "True" it will automatically generate a BcCo number when the Person/Organisation is created. When "AutoNum" is "False" a BcCo number should be given. You normally sync BcCo with External ID.
